Christie Peterson will be starting as Project Archivist in the Princeton University Archives in September 2010. Since 2006, she has been the primary archivist for the Edmund S. Muskie papers at Bates College, and prior to that she worked in both processing and reference services at the Bentley Historical Library at the University of Michigan. She earned an MSI from the University of Michigan in 2006 and she holds a BA in anthropology and creative writing from the University of Arizona. Christie is currently a member of the Reference and Processing Collaboration Group under SAA's RAO section, and she will be serving on the program committee for SAA's 2011 meeting in Chicago.

The hard drive hosting my 32-bit OS breathed its last this week, and my scanner has no 64-bit drivers.. so this week is an exercise in all digital drawing. I'm a bit rusty, so it's probably good to have it forced on me.
